1) What was the biggest surprise for you in the reading? In other words, what did you read that stood out the most as different from your expectations?
The biggest surprise for me when reading this chapter was the six steps process in constructing a five minute reading.

One part of the chapter that was confusing to me was on the subject of over diversifying with my product.
3) If you were able to ask two questions to the author, what would you ask? Why?
1. When should I elaborate further in detail on my ideas while keeping the business plan short? I want more clarification on this topic.
2. How do I prevent my product from over diversifying? I want to focus on my products my strength without weakening my potential.
4) Was there anything you think the author was wrong about? Where do you disagree with what she or he said? How?
I do not think the author was wrong about anything in this chapter.
