1) What was the biggest surprise for you in the reading? In other words, what did you read that stood out the most as different from your expectations?
The biggest surprise that I came across in this chapter was that strategic planning is a key component in the success of any business venture.

One part of the chapter's reading that was confusing was the part that was on the lack of strategic planning.

1. How should I manage my schedule in order to make proper time to strategic planning? I want to have enough time to have time to plan out my strategy for my ventures.
2. How can I attain the knowledge for proper strategic planning? I want to know this so I can obtain the knowledge to properly strategize my ventures.

I did not think the author was wrong about any of the information presented in the chapter's information.
